Description
The Senior Technology Leadership Professional is responsible for all aspects of software or hardware product delivery and performance. The Senior Technology Leadership Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Provide direction to project team regarding secure coding standards in .NET, prioritizing adherence to organizational and industry security standards, escalating security issues when required.
Work with Humana cyber security teams to ensure adherence to secure coding processes and procedures and in recommending mitigation plan for discovered vulnerabilities
Provide direction to project team regarding mitigation of security defects and vulnerabilities
Define detailed technical designs usable by project team programmers. Review code developed by Developers to ensure code is consistent with architecture design. Troubleshoots, recommends and executes action plans for issue resolution.
Provide day-to-day technical direction to project team while also prioritizing and resolving technical issues affecting the deliverables, escalating technical issues when required. Facilitates project handoffs including preparing documentation, educating and supporting to ensure smooth transitions.
Work with Consumers, support or development teams in recommending process or system enhancements, including those that would minimize maintenance costs.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
5 years of experience in programming/coding/building enterprise business applications
Prior experience in .NET development
Prior experience in SQL/SSIS development
Prior experience source code versioning, build, and debug tools
Experience with complex technical environments
Experience working in partnership with multiple vendors
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in CI/CD software engineering practices
Prior experience in the PCI industry
Prior Experience with IBM Datapower
MBA or other Advanced Degree

For this job, associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated, including booster or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work.
