The Technology Solution Implementation Professional 2 delivers new technological solutions to meet business needs within a specified scope while aligned to enterprise objectives. The Technology Solution Implementation Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
Responsibilities
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Coordinate and contribute to multiple projects related to a major initiative for the company that encompasses multiple systems teams and business areas
Secure effort of outside resources and remove barriers that impact project completion
Manages technical relationships
Manages operational relationships
Use interview skills and general business knowledge to help gather and document business system and functional requirements
Data analysis, troubleshooting and customer interaction
Work with developers to understand work related to design, development and integration.
Assist developers with resolving technical or process issues by performing research, removing issues and providing needed documentation.
Prepare system deployment and communication plan
Coordinate end user acceptance testing and verify sign off by each business area tester prior to deployment. Assist users as necessary with testing.
Provide on-going system support

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or related experience designing, developing, and testing of software applications
Experience with SQL Server Management Studio including TSQL
One or more years of Production Support experience
Excellent communication skills when problem-solving for end users
Ability to work well in a team development setting
Experience in IT business analysis
Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall and Agile development methodologies
Experience problem solving and consultation with complex environments
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Proficient to include MS Access
Experience in problem analysis and process documentation
Experience working in cross-functional, collaborative teams
Confidence to ask questions and learn from failures
Strong ability to understand existing code and refactor when appropriate
Eagerness to learn and acquire new development skills as needs change
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Work at Home/Remote Requirements
WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office.
A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree
Development experience in: C# (ASP.NET Core, WPF), HTML, JavaScript, VBA (MS Excel and Access)
Prior experience working in the healthcare industry
Prior experience in automation
