Daily tasks will include: This position will be responsible for all day-to-day testing/QA/and UAT efforts in support of the DPS UED application. Duties may include UI testing, API testing, writing automated testing scripts, writing test plans, and regression testing. Other duties will be as assigned.

Tester:

Conducts automated and manual tests to ensure that the software created/upgraded performs as necessary and meets the user requirements. Develops and maintains user and technical documentation and project process documentation for application teams. Understands the view of applications and/or technology and is able to put procedures in a logical sequence.

Mid-Level, 36 - 60 months: Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance. 36 months experience with the full system development lifecycle, including designing, developing and implementing test plans, test cases and test processes fueling swift corrective actions, significant cost savings and fault-free audits.

36 months experience using industry recognized testing tools such as soapUI, Selenium Suite (Selenium IDE, Selenium Server, Selenium Remote Control, Selenium Grid, Selenium Java Client Driver); Agile; Silk Test; HPE Unified Functional Testing (UFT), Client LoadRunner, Client Performance Center

36 months experience with .Net and/or Java; basic familiarity with C#, JSON, SOAP-based Web (WCF) /REST Services and XML

24 months experience working with Oracle databases version 11 .

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or some related field.
