Description

The Lead Product Owner is responsible for conveying product vision and roadmap to an Agile delivery team by defining user stories and prioritizing product backlog. The Lead Product Owner works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

Responsibilities

The Lead Product Owner maximizes value of product created by Agile team. Liaises with stakeholders and the development team ensuring the right product is being built, in the right order, within budget and by the deadline. Serves as the Agile team's primary contact for information, work prioritization, and decision-making. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5 years of professional experience, including 3 more years of agile experience

Strategic thinker with strong analytic and problem-solving skills

Experience working process engineering, reporting, and data analysis

Experience working with one or more of the following tech stacks:

----Omni Channel experience (digital or telephonic) -OR-

----Experience with MarTech (i.e. Salesforce, Adobe, Sitecore, etc.) -OR

----Experience with .Net framework, C#, Microservices, APIs, Cloud platforms

Human-centered design mindset

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Influential cross-functional leader

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with Medicare products

Experience with DevOps

Experience working in a variety of agile frameworks

Experience working in human centered design

Knowledge of Humana's internal policies, procedures and systems

Passion for making a difference in healthcare

This position is open to working remote within the Eastern Time Zone
