Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Analyze and interpret business rules and workflows for application design

Work with business analysts to understand requirements and design, author, and develop business rules based on requirements using Oracle Intelligent Advisor formally known as Oracle Policy Automation (OPA).

Debug and test Oracle Intelligent Advisor formally known as Oracle Policy Automation (OPA).

Creating new screens in Oracle Intelligent Advisor formally known as Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) including interview creation for new transactions.

Develop new framework functionality for the NYBE Portal.

Working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

Providing Application support and being on call as required

Work as a peer with other developers.

Create documentation and share knowledge with team members.

Software Developer

Is involved with all facets of the software development process, including the research, design, programming, testing and implementation of computer software.

Senior 60 - 84 months: Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance and provides guidance to others. May have an advanced education 72 Months experience integrating business rules and developing systems using Oracle Intelligent Advisor formally known as Oracle Policy Automation (OPA), including deployment, testing, automation hub, modeling, and debugging

72 Months of development experience with .NET; Java and J2EE or related programming experience

72 Months of experience working with business analysts understanding requirements

72 Months of Web Development experience with HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript

60 Months of development experience in Oracle Service Cloud formally known as RightNow version 2012-current including RightNow Query Language, Custom Object Deployment, Workspace/WorkFlow Development, Agent Scripting, Custom Process Model, Business Rules, Add-ins, Widgets, and experience with developing in a Multi-Site Environment.

60 Months experience in using Oracle Intelligent Advisor formally known as Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) for developing online transactions for New York Business Express (NYBE) Portal
